The spring/summer 2013 lingerie collections have so elegantly broken all the rules when it comes to color. We’re used to seeing (especially as Valentine’s Day approaches) red, black and beige as the main colorways for lingerie, so it’s no wonder these pop-art brights are a welcome change of pace. Personally, I’m quite boring color-wise and own mostly blacks, creams and grays. When it comes to lingerie, it’s silhouettes, cutouts, lace and sophisticated fit that interests me most; but if these designers stepped out of their color comfort zones to bring us these fresh picked electric shades, I’m compelled to conquer my color-related woes and make space for at least one buzzing bright set… I imagine it would be quite fun to wear a vivid yellow or cerulean under a muted outfit. I love all these pieces! I love wearing bright lingerie under black clothes, it lifts my mood a great deal!

So many colors! I love it! I think the Lascivious set is my favorite, because I’m a sucker for turquoise.

Oh man I want so much of the new Lascivious collection I dare not look at their website until payday! I like their new yellow set in particular, perfect for spring. I’m going to a Kriss Soonik party in London next week, I wish you were here for it! I will be sure to feedback about the new styles.
I bought a pink neon set from Damaris last year and thought I would only wear it one special occasions – it gets a lot more wear, I have so much black I love the change!
