I’ve been thinking a lot about the bedroom space lately because I’ll be moving shortly and will have once again have a chance to create something new. Through my late night pinning, it’s become apparent that I like spaces that are light and airy but also have rustic and masculine elements.

The walls and floor of this room are divine, and I do love how it’s mostly masculine.

This one is certainly on the feminine side, but has very cool annex feel and could easily be more masculine without the gilded ceilings.

My current bedroom is modeled after this one: what I would do for white wooden floors!

And of course, the perfect boudoir isn’t complete without boudoir accessories. I’ve recently fallen in love with a new lifestyle site called Darkest Star. My lingerie ladies will go nuts about it. It takes the concept of bondage and makes it softer and more palatable for everyone, especially for those who cringe at the thought of strappiness (not me, but definitely some!). Darkest Star takes long stretches of georgette silk and structured leather belts to create a bondage hybrid. You know I don’t usually post women in lingerie on the site, but I couldn’t resist showing you what this looks like.

It is undoubtedly the best bondage set I’ve ever seen. I will also be saving up for this beautiful and unique bondage pillow. You really have to watch the video to see how it works, but man oh man—it is both genius and divine. This would be an amazing throw, but think about the possibilities !
